Toby has had a long career in Publishing and is currently the Editor of an automotive publication based in Bath. He seems to be an eminent authority on all things automotive and his material is quoted worldwide.
Back in the 70s, when I first went freelance, I was contributing work to an educational publisher based in Notting Hill Gate. I contacted them one day and who should I find as my new commissioning editor..? None other than Toby Procter!
