Nicola has asked me not to reveal any details of her life or her whereabouts but I'm sure that she will forgive me if I tell you that she is well and happy and, quite likely, bathed in sunshine.

I've always held a special place for those people who were at the 'Test' at the same time as me. Nicola is one of those, along with Peter Davies, Jo Gollins, Henry Crallan, the late Rupert Coles and, I think, the late John Levinson.
